Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God-this is your true and proper worship. WOD: 5 squats @ 155, grab sandbag and run on trail clockwise to pull-up bar, 10 ring dips, grab sandbag and continue clockwise back to shop. 4 rounds, 2 min rest between rounds.
